BANFF SPRINGS HOTEL- Built in 1888, the Banff Springs Hotel has always been considered a first class facility. In the early days the railroad and mining companies utilized their services. Today it has over 700 refurbished rooms and a full staff that cares to your every need. It is a huge, elegant complex with beautiful ballrooms, stately dining rooms, and a full size chapel. There is also an indoor and outdoor heated pool, gymnasium, and a full spa. Rooms are luxuriously furnished, uniquely different and we know some of the better ones. All rooms have a private bath as well as a well stocked mini bar and satellite television. PHOTOS
THE TRIP-The Banff Christmas Trip is for eight days and seven nights. Its starts with your arrival to Calgary where we will meet the group and transfer by coach some two hours west up into the mountains to Banff. You will be checked into your rooms and discuss your options with the onsite agent. Then have six full days to explore and enjoy the sights that Banff offers. Among some planned activities covered are daily buffet breakfasts and a Christmas Eve Family Dinner. A five course dinner with an orchestra for listening and dancing pleaseure. Other than the banquets there is no set schedule for the week. You are free to set your own pace with our help of course.
SKIING- There are three main ski resorts within 30 minutes of the hotel. This year we have not included the skiing as part of the package. Instead we will offer a 3 day and 5 day ski option with transportation to and from the resort. Norquay is located about 20 minutes from the hotel, Sunshine Village is located about 30 minutes from the hotel, and Lake Louise is located about 45 minutes from the hotel.
BANFF- This small, robust town has all the shops and restaurants that you will require for a vacation retreat. We encourage you to see some of the town. In fact many guests found the walk to town a nice exercise to work off the great meals they enjoyed on the trip. Banff also features some excellent jewelry made from local stones and minerals. PHOTOS
TRIP FEE- Deluxe Room Accommodations
$1,955.00 per person for adults based on double occupancy
$ 795.00 children 18 and under sharing room with adults.
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
WHAT IS INCLUDED- The trip fee covers seven nights accommodations at the Banff Springs Hotel, including all taxes, with daily breakfast buffet and use of their facilities, a welcome reception, 5 course Christmas Eve Dinner, and round trip transfer from the Calgary airport.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED- Although airfare is not included in the trip fee, we will be glad to arrange the best fare possible. Also not included are meals (aside from daily breakfast buffets and Christmas banquet), alcohol, tips, skiing, optional tours and items of a personal nature.
