Honduras- Enjoy three days (6 hunts) of guided white winged shooting in southern Honduras in December for $1995.00 per person. This has been a Trek standby since 1973 and includes RT airfare on American Airlines (coach Class from Miami), all accommodations, meals, permits and licenses.
Without a doubt Honduras has some of the most challenging shooting that we offer even today. This is NOT high volume but very similar to Mexico dove shooting as you might have a great shoot and fire well over 10 boxes but all said and done you should average about 5 boxes per half day of shooting. The best part of the shooting is that it can be extremely rewarding and lots of fun as you have to be quick and have great peripheral perception as the white wings and morning doves come screaming in through the trees and fields. Honduras has a unique and beautiful mountainous landscape and was our original hunting trip more than 35 years ago. Many of the same bird boys are still there, in fact Prudencio Gonzales and Balbino (Bruce Lee) Rubio are now the owner operators for the hunts. If you are looking for something close to the States, fulfilling, relaxing with lots of flavor and something completely different from Mexico, Honduras could be the place for you.
